Amalfi Beige Planter

The Amalfi Beige Planters are a bowl-shaped garden planter with a surface that looks like it has fissures and craters in it thanks to the incredible reactive glazing that was applied after the vessel was fired. The surface glaze and texture of these planters is simply outstanding. There is a mottling on the surface of the tan planter that brings it an incredible texture. The Amalfi has a drain hole, though the vessel does not come with a plug. The Amalfi Planters come in three sizes: large at 21" diameter, medium at 17" diameter and a small with a 13" diameter. These low profile planters are perfect for planting, herbs, florals, succulents, and ferns. Place indoors or outside in any garden setting.

Meticulously hand made and hand finished in high fired terra cotta. Our Amalfi Beige Planter are only available in the rich Beige glaze as shown above, but the Amalfi Planters are also available in a deep rich reactive verde glaze as shown below.

Note: While the high firing temperature and quality of our glazed and terra cotta containers results in a durable and frost-resistant product, we still recommend that they be stored in a frost-free covered area in winter. If left outside, water may accumulate in the container and freeze, causing the planter to crack and break. Planters that must be left outside should be covered to prevent water, snow and ice from accumulating inside the planter.
