This distinctive urn is meticulously hand cast and hand finished in our USA foundry in extremely durable fiberstone. Fiberstone is a mixture of sand and stones cast into the surface to give the appearance of aged stone. Reinforced with a fiberglass backing, it remains lighter and less fragile than concrete. The Classic Genova Urn is indeed a classic Italian renaissance urn. While similar to some of our other fluted urns, the Genova has several subtle differences. It has a rim with a unique design a different from the usual egg and dart design. The Genova with its deeply fluted body, stands on a stepped square pedestal. The fluting is especially fine. This urn's size is also unique and is perfect for florals, greens, succulents and ivies..
