Edinburgh Handle Urn

The Edinburgh Handle Urn is an classic urn with a grapevine and acanthus leaf motif. The rim is decorated with and egg and dart design and just under the rim is an outstanding grapevine relief that goes around the bowl. At the bottom of the urn bowl just below the double handles is a matching acanthus leaf design. Standing a little over 2 1/2 feet tall, the Edinburgh Handle Urn is distinguished by its classic shape and designs. The urn rests on an ornately designed fluted pedestal that sweeps down to a square base. This is an extremely elegant urn that can be matched with our Brindisi Pedestal Base as shown here.

This distinctive urn is meticulously hand cast and hand finished in our USA foundry in extremely durable fiberstone. Fiberstone is a mixture of sand and stones cast into the surface to give the appearance of aged stone. Reinforced with a fiberglass backing, it remains lighter and less fragile than concrete. Guaranteed outdoor durability.

Brindisi Pedestal Base

The Brindisi Pedestal is classic pedestal base to match with our wonderful classic urns. Brindisi is the destination of the Appian Way (Latin and Italian: Via Appia) which was one of the earliest and strategically most important Roman roads of the ancient republic and connected Rome to Brindisi. Extremely elegant matched with the Edinburgh Handle Urn, the Brindisi Urn or our Lord Byron Urn.
