Tinos Aphros Ripple Vase

The Tinos Aphros Ripple Vases are made by a group of women artisans who live at the border of Burma and Thailand. Made from black terracotta, this incredible hand-thrown dark blue vase has a swirled surface that looks like brain coral with the color of sea foam (Aphros) . The vase is finished in a rich deep reactive glaze and it is fully glazed on the inside. The craftsmanship is just amazing. These exquisite vases are for indoor use and will create a wonderful ocean ambience in the living areas of the home. Works of art on their own, but also beautiful filled with floral arrangements. Perfect for the Beach house, but outstanding almost anywhere. Because the glazes are applied by hand, this piece will vary slightly from vase to vase. Simply put, these vases are simply stunning.
