As per Wikipedia: A pagoda is an Asian tiered tower with multiple eaves common to Nepal, India, China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and other parts of Asia. Most pagodas were built to have a religious function, most often Buddhist but sometimes Taoist, and were often located in or near viharas (dwellings for monks). While our Bamboo Pagoda is not meant to serve a religious icon, it has been designed as tribute to the architectural legacy inherent in the pagoda form. This distinctive pagoda is meticulously hand cast and hand finished in our USA foundry in high density cast stone. Guaranteed outdoor durability. Shown here in Pietra Nuova (PN), but, is available in all the colors shown in the chart below. Make your choice by selecting your finish in the finish/colors options list by the "Add to Cart" button.
