Our Roussillon Planters Set are a nested pair of different sized glazed terracotta planters with a traditional sandblasted finish. The pots feature a softly rolled rim and clean, architectural lines and a finish that has the warm, weathered Mediterranean look.
The set is a pair of planters of different sizes. The larger one has a generous 26.25" diameter and a height of a bit over 21". The second planter is only slightly smaller with an almost 21" diameter and a 16.5" height. See the chart below.
Use a pair to frame a farmhouse or cottage entrance, or group the three sizes for a balanced display. Plant with boxwood, small evergreens, topiary, or mixed shrubs.
Meticulously hand made and hand finished in high fired terra cotta. The glazes on our containers consist of natural, not chemical, components and therefore the final color of the product will vary. This process creates the unique beauty of each piece.
Note: While the high firing temperature and quality of our glazed and terra cotta containers results in a durable and frost-resistant product, we still recommend that they be stored in a frost-free covered area in winter. If left outside, water may accumulate in the container and freeze, causing the planter to crack and break. Planters that must be left outside should be covered to prevent water, snow and ice from accumulating inside the planter.
