Four Seasons Sculpture - Fall

Our Fall Four Seasons Sculpture is a beautiful sculpture of the classical female form of the Fall Season. There is a sculpture representing each of the four seasons. Fall, the season of harvest and maturity, is often depicted as a woman holding a basket of fruits or grapes. Spring, the season of new beginnings and growth, is often depicted as a young woman holding a basket of flowers or carrying a floral wreath on her head. The Summer statue, representing abundance and prosperity, is usually portrayed as a mature woman holding a sheaf of wheat or a sickle. Winter, the dormant and cold season, is typically portrayed as a woman bundled up in a cloak or fur coat. In this case she is wearing a shell tiara and has a large braid of hair. Spring, the season of new beginnings and growth, is often depicted as a young woman holding a basket of flowers or carrying a floral wreath on her head. Finally, the sculptures are incredibly well-made with intricate details and refined classical touches. You could imagine this sculpture in an Athenian Agora or in a Florentine piaza. This distinctive sculpture is meticulously hand cast and hand finished in our USA foundry in extremely durable fiberstone. Fiberstone is a mixture of sand and stones cast into the surface to give the appearance of aged stone. Reinforced with a fiberglass backing, it remains lighter and less fragile than concrete. Guaranteed outdoor durability.
