The Bibendum Planters are a great looking group of classic bowl planters. They feature a wonderful stone ribbing around the bowl and all the planters are quite sizable, the large being about 30" in diameter and 32.5" tall. There are 4 sizes with slightly differing profiles with the small size being a bit taller than the medium but with a wider profile. They are also quite substantial and will stay put in the strongest winds. These are versitile planters and can be planted with virtually anything such as shrubs, succulents, ferns, ivies, and flowers. All the planters in this group have one drainage hole, centered, approximately 1".

They are great accents; poolside, beachside, indoors, on a terrace or patio, or by an entranceway. These pots are sold individually, but, they function well as a set of 4 planters in the 4sizes which when displayed together create a strong 4 tier presentation, but, each pot, we must admit, looks great on its own. The larger pots are perfect for defining a large space or framing an entrance to a home or a veranda or patio.

The Low Bibendum Planter is in the same family, but, it has a lower wider profile. It will mix nicely with all the Bibendum planters, but, will be outstanding on its own. It exhibits a very beautiful, classic profile and has the same versitility of its higher profile siblings.

New Additions to the Bibendum family of planters
Due to the popularity of the Bibendum planters, we have added two new large sizes to group; an extra large size which is a whopping 3 feet in diameter and over 3 feet in height and another large 3 foot in diameter planter, but 2 1/2 feet in height which we are calling the Bibendum Planter Low Large. These planters are both large and substantial weighing in at 456 pounds and 300 pounds respectively. These planters are suitable for trees. large shrubs and other sizable plantings and are great to use to define, divide or accent any large open area or garden space.

The Bibendum Planters have a matching fountain, the Bibendum Fountain (see below). Mixing the planters and fountains will create a beautiful garden tableau.

All these planters are meticulously hand cast with hand finished patinas in extremely durable high density cast stone. These are heirloom planters built to last. The pots are shown here in Greystone (GS) finish, but, all are available in all the beautiful finishes as shown in the chart below.
