Chatham Urn

The Chatham Urn is a large estate urn planter with a wide shallow bowl. The bowl features a interesting repeating ring design just under the rim. Quite attractive, this urn will make a statement in traditional and modern settings alike. With its 30" diameter bowl this is a substantial planter perfect for the veranda or a garden setting, The urn is suitable for geraniums, ivies, and other florals. When paired with its matching Greenwich Pedestal (sold separately below and as part of a combination urn and pedestal set) the Chatham Urn is an impressive, yet understated architectural feature that can serve as the centerpiece of an entrance drive, garden niche, veranda or entrance foyer.

This distinctive urn is hand cast and hand finished in our USA foundry in high density cast stone. Guaranteed outdoor durability.

Greenwich Pedestal

The Greenwich Pedestal is the matching base for the Chatham Urn and other fine urns like the Palais Arabesque Urn, the Rustic Greenwich Urn and many of our other urns and planters. The pedestal is over 25" tall and when matched with the Chatham Urn the total height is an impressive 44" (a bit less than 4 feet), making the pair a commanding focal point to a garden niche, patio, entrance drive or an indoor entrance foyer. It is also quite substantial and sturdy and once placed will be very stable. The pedestal is equipped with a 7" hole for drainage.

The Greenwich Pedestal is essentially the same pedestal as our Greenwich Rustic Pedestal (see below) but, with a less pronounced surface texture. The two are pratically interchangeable, but work best with objects with matching textures.

The pedestal is meticulously hand cast in high-density cast stone with a hand finished patina. Use with the Chatham Urn or with many of our other urns such as the Rustic Palazzo Urn.
