Ordering Information
Please place your Hen-Feathers Collection order on-line. After we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation with your order information. Please note that we accept: Visa, Master Charge and American Express. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All personal information transmitted during checkout is secured with the latest SSL 128 bit encryption. Furthermore, credit card numbers are stored encrypted, so in the rare case of a breach of security, no sensitive information is compromised. We value your privacy!
Regular Delivery
Most orders with ship within 7 to 10 days. Our designs are hand molded and hand finished so on occasion your order could take a little longer depending on our stock levels at the time of your order.
Shipping & Handling
All items are shipped as stated in the Shopping Cart area of our website. The amount of shipping & handling that you will be charged is automatically calculated and shown to you when you enter your order. Shipping and handling fees are intended to compensate us for the cost of processing, handling and packaging, and then delivering your order to you.
We pack all of our designs carefully. If you do receive a damaged item please let us know within the 5 day return window.
